Focusing On Your Customer - A customer interaction workshop about your work with both internal and external customers. Participants learn what is important to customers, our attitudes and perspectives, as well as, practice a repeatable customer interaction process.

Dealing With Customer Conflict - Learn several techniques to best work through interpersonal conflict when dealing with customers and team members. Use your own conflict style more effectively and prevent unhealthy conflict. The workshop further improves your fundamental ability to deal with the challenging behaviors we commonly associate with "difficult customers". With the workplace becoming increasingly stressful, this workshop helps build strategies for new behavioral changes needed to "get through" most difficult situations.

Facilitating Customer Service Improvements - Learn to design and develop several methodologies to collect and utilize effective service improvement data, which engages customers in better solutions. The customer service improvement methods, which are discussed and practiced, are observation, constructing questionnaires, conducting meaningful interviews, and leading focus groups.
