Understanding Team Member Differences

Have you ever wondered why some of your employees, leaders, and team members seem so different than you in their overall approaches to communication, decision-making, problem solving, and teamwork? As a result, do you find it difficult to work effectively with them? During this workshop, you will build interpersonal effectiveness by developing an understanding and appreciation for style diversity, using the most widely researched and validated instrument available in the workplace today: The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator.

With the assistance of the workshop’s professionally qualified facilitator, you will gain new insights into your “MBTI” and that of others. Understanding these differences will increase your effectiveness in teamwork, interaction, and everyday communication.
